Frances Lucille McCulloch SmithDecaturMemorial services for Frances Lucille McCulloch Smith, 85, of Decatur will be Friday, May 31, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home.Mrs. Smith died Saturday, May 25, 2013. She was born March 5, 1928, in Lawrence County to Perrin and Paralee McCulloch. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Smith; one sister, Beatrice White; three brothers, Eugene, Richard and Billy McCulloch; and two sons, Thomas J. Dunlap and Ronnie Bryant. Frances majored in cosmotology at John C. Calhoun Junior College. She enjoyed her daily coffee, newspaper, and spending time with her family. She is survived by five daughters, Rita Haynes, Kendra Miller (Lonnie), Linda Kulaw (Mark), Debra Roy and Joanie Roy; one son, Hollis Bryant (Linda); two brothers, Johnny and Lyndon McCulloch; three sisters, Hazel Alvis, Barbara Gail Phillips (Hollis) and Ruby Lee Spina (Andy); 20 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren. May she rest in the hands of the Lord forever.
