AIKEN, S.C.- Mrs. Frances Louise Surratt Edwards, 86, of Aiken, died Wednesday, February 11, 2004 in the Pepper Hill Nursing Center. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday in the Shellhouse Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. M. Eugene Mullikin will officiate. Interment will be private in Clear Springs Church Cemetery. A native of Jackson Hill, N.C., Mrs. Edwards moved to Aiken in 1954. She was a program Director for the YMCA and was the former owner and operator of Louise Ready to Wear. She was a member of WOW (Wise Outrageous Women), and a member of St. John's United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Curtis William Edwards; daughter, Jane McMillan, Kennett Square, Pa.; a grandchild, Derek McMillan; a sister, J.E. McGee, Melbourne, Fla.; and brother, J.
