Frances Louise Carter, 75, of Louisville, died on Sunday, July 21, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Thomas and Lillie Florance Bloyd Marcum; and a brother. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, David Garnett Carter; daughters, Wanda Gayle and Tina Marie (John Rogers) Carter; son, David Wayne (Sharon Gale) Carter; brothers, Arthur Amos and Jimmie Lee Marcum and William Lewis Bloyd; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at Noon on Thursday, July 25, at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home in Shepherdsville with burial in Bells Cemetery in Green County. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday and from noon until 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
