CARTER, FRANCES LOUISE, 75, was born January 7, 1938 to the late George Thomas and Lillie Florance Bloyd Marcum in Green County, KY, and returned to her Heavenly Father July 21, 2013 Among those who preceded her in death include her parents; and a brother, William "Bill" Thomas Marcum. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 55 Years, David Garnett Carter; daughters, Wanda Gayle and Tina Marie Carter (John Rogers); son, David Wayne Carter (Sharon Gale); brothers, Arthur Amos and Jimmie Lee Marcum and William Lewis Bloyd; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at noon on Thursday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Bells Cemetery in Green County, KY.
