Mrs. Frances L. Davis Miller "Panky" SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mrs. Frances L. Davis Miller, of 140 West Centennial Street, Apt. 34-C was born December 3, 1934, to the late Mr. James "Jim" Davis and the late Mrs. Ethel Littlejohn Davis. She entered into eternal rest Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at her home. She was the widow of Mr. L.W. Miller. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Nannie Mae Rice; and a brother, Mr. Joel Davis. Mrs. Miller was a member of Ridgeville Baptist Church where she served in the Senior Citizens Ministry and secretary of the Missionary Ministry. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Valarie (John Stripling) Bryant of Spartanburg, SC; two God-daughters, Ms. Shirley Mae Evans Legg and Ms. Sharon Dawkins, both of Spartanburg, SC; three sisters, Ms. Barbara Davis, Mrs. Annie Belle Martin, and Ms. Queen Davis, all of Spartanburg, SC; two devoted friends, Ms. Eunice Wilson and Ms. Evon Gist of Spartanburg, SC; two granddaughters, Mrs. Dana M. (Charles) Ballew reared in the home and Ms. Tonya N. Rice of Spartanburg, SC; one great-granddaughter, Ms. Tiana Ballew of Spartanburg, SC; and two great-grandsons, Mr. Antonio Evans reared in the home and Master Zion Ballew of Spartanburg, SC. The family is at the home of a granddaughter, Mrs. Dana Ballew, of 133 Stribling Circle, Spartanburg, SC. J. W. Woodward Funeral Home
