-> Richmond Hill, GA. - Frances J. Morrison, 91, passed away February 24, 2005 at Hospice Savannah. Frances lived in Sea Pines for many years and was co-founder of the "XYZ" club. She was also active in the Community Playhouse, Herb Society, Book Club and Gourmet Group. She wrote and produced many plays presented on Hilton Head Island with her husband, Robert, an accomplished band leader and pianist who preceded her in death in 1997. Robert and Frances lived in Spain for several years where she was founder of the American Club in Marbella. While in Spain the Morrison's wrote and produced a musical "Cobwebs with Sugar" that was the longest running English language theatrical production at that time. She is survived locally by her daughter, Roberta J. Nissi of Wesfor, a daughter, Diane L. Schrader of Columbia, SC., and a daughter, Pamela F. Bidwell of Mount Vernon, NH. She also leaves her sister Agnes Litke of Richmond Hill, GA., as well as four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Remembrances may be made to the Hilton Head Humane Association or to Magnolia Manor in Richmond Hill, GA. Services will be private. Hubert C.
