Passed away peacefully in the West Coast General Hospital on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 94 years of age.Predeceased by her beloved husband William James (1976), brother Hilliard Strain and sister Janet Patterson. Frances is survived by her children: Bruce McDonald and Judy Glass (Kay) of Kent, WA, 2 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.A private family gathering will take place.
