MT. PLEASANT, Tx. - Frances Carter Harris, age 92, died October 11, 2011 in Mt. Pleasant TX. She was a native of Aiken Co. SC, and a daughter of the late Charles Pinckney Carter and Susan Willis Carter. Surviving is her husband of 58 years, Billie B. Harris, daughter, Susan Riddle (David) of Saluda NC, one sister, Margaret S. Carter of N. Augusta, SC, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby C.
