FINN, Frances Patricia (nee Marentette) Passed away peacefully on October 18, 2005 at Central Park Lodge Retirement Residence. Beloved wife of the late John (1991). Loving mother of Connie LaPlante of Ottawa, Christopher Finn of Toronto and Mary Ann and husband Gord Reid of Windsor. Dear sister to Lawrence Marentette and wife (the late) Blanche, (the late) Florence and husband (the late) Eugene McCullough, (the late) Leo Marentette and wife (the late) Peggy, (the late) Vincent Marentette and wife Reta, Antoinette and husband Maurice Tayles, Agnes and husband (the late) John Seguin, Tanse and husband Donald Neitzel, and Patricia and husband David Marcotte. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Central Park Lodge; in particular to the fifth floor staff. Thanks also to special friend Margaret "Muggsy" Soulliere. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Parish prayers will be held at 4:30pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday October 20, 2005 at 10:15am from the Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh (735-2830) to Our Lady of Guadelupe Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Father Dino Salvador will be the celebrant. Cremation and the inurnment of cremated remains will take place at Heavenly Rest Cemetery at a later date. In kindness memorial donations to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted in memory of Frances Finn in the Marcotte Heritage Forest.
