MITCHELL, Frances D. 90, of Palm Harbor, passed away March 8, 2008. She was born in New York City and came here in 1980 from Teaneck, NJ. Survivors include 3 sons, John of Colorado, Eugene, of California, and Kevin, of New Jersey; a daughter, Lynn Mitchell, of Palm Harbor; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 11 am at St. Ignatius the Antioch Catholic Church in Tarpon Springs, and a Memorial Service Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 2 pm at The St. Mark Village Chapel in Palm Harbor.
