CARTER, Frances "Lady Carter" (nee Chase) June 21, 1916-Sept. 17, 2006 With angel wings our beloved Frances took the Lord's hand. Predeceased by parents Carrie & Billy Chase. Beloved wife and best friend of Elmer for 64 wonderful years. Devoted mother of Rudy, Mel, Gale and Jack, Paul and Sandy, Carl and Connie, Randy and Janice, Joan, Freda, Colleen and Rick, Cheryl, Vaughn and Lena and predeceased by Melody (1977). Proud Nana of 24 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by grandchildren Daryl, Carolee and Ty. Loving sister of Alzora Chase. Family will receive friends at the Morris Sutton Funeral & Cremation Centre, 68 Giles Blvd. East, on Thursday, Sept. 21, from 2-9 p.m. Visitation will continue Friday, Sept. 22, at Harrison Memorial C.O.G.I.C., 810 Mercer St., from 2-9 p.m. with family hour from 7-9 p.m. Celebration of life service Saturday, Sept. 23 at All Saint's Anglican Church, 330 City Hall Square at 11 a.m. Private family interment to follow.
