Frances Pollard Brooks, 78, of 110 Rosewood Drive, Lumberton, N.C., died Thursday, April 7, 2005, at her residence.Surviving are her husband, Alton Brooks, of the home; two sons, Richie Brooks and wife, Carol, of Lumberton, and John L. Brooks and wife, Sherri, of Easley, S.C.; daughter, Debbie B. Morris and husband, Enoch, of Springfield, Mo.; sister, Joyce Watkins of South-End-on-Sea, England; and seven grandchildren.Graveside services will be Monday, April 11, 2005, at Meadowbrook Cemetery with Rev. Roger Kappel officiating.Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory Inc. in Lumberton.
