CARRANO, Franc John III 36, died November 12th at home. Born May 21, 1973, Franc was a Clearwater native. He worked as a telemarketer and was studying C# computer programming. Survivors include his son, Shaune Hannen of Kansas City, KS; parents, Sally Shannon and Franc Carrano Jr., both of Clearwater; sister, Megan Shannon of Clearwater; grandmother; Beryl Weekley of Cedar Rapids, IA; "grandpa Doc", Dr. Walter Dillard of Clearwater; and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Franc loved books, movies, computers and spending time with family and friends. Extremely quick-witted, he loved to make people laugh. He was loved and will be missed by many. Memorial service is Dec. 6th at 1:00pm at Unity Church of Clearwater.
