Florence (Rouleau-Wagner) Brousseau-Rith, a retired Clerk at the Woburn District Court passed away after a brief illness early Saturday morning, December 24, 2005 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. She was 87 years old. Florence was born in Cambridge, the daughter of the late Alexander and Augustine Rouleau. She grew up in North Cambridge and was a graduate of Cambridge High and Latin. When her daughters were young, she moved to Woburn where she worked and raised her family. She had worked for a number of years as the manager of the soda fountain portion of the White Spot which was located in Woburn Four Corners. She then worked for 5 years as the housekeeper at Saint Barbara’s Rectory. She then took on a position as a clerk in the Civil Department of the Woburn District Court in Woburn. She retired after 20 years with the courts. She spent her retirement years living in Florida. Florence had a number of interests. She enjoyed going to Bingo. She like to travel and she loved to shop. She was a woman of strong faith, who loved her family. She enjoyed seeing her grandchildren and then great grandchildren grow up. She always looked forward to coming back to Massachusetts each summer to see her family and friends. Florence is the wife of Fred Rith of AZ, and the late Henry Wagner and John Brousseau. She is the loving mother of Florence & her husband Thomas Murray, Jr. of Burlington and Joyce & her husband Philip Wells of Shirley. She is the grandmother of Thomas Murray, III of Burlington, Mark Murray of Dracut, Theodore Murray, Sr. of Dunstable, Maureen Wall of Burlington, Bonnie Holston of Shirley, and Wendy Rimbach of Lunenburg. She is the sister of Anna Cataldo of Beverly, Dorothy FitzGerald of CA, and the late Paul Rouleau. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Wednesday, Dec. 28 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Barbara’s Church, 138 Cambridge Rd, Woburn at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 p.m. Interment will be private.
