HORNE, Florence Margaret (nee Thomson) April 24, 1918 - January 4, 2010 After a long and happy life, Peggy died peacefully in her sleep on January 4, 2010. She leaves to mourn her loving husband Phil, her children Judy, Randy, Brad (Brenda), and brother Jim (Marg). She was predeceased by two sisters and two brothers. "Gee Gee" will be fondly remembered and forever loved by her five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was the heart of the family and everyone loved her so much. Sincere thanks to the caregivers at New Vista "Cypress Grove" who treated Peggy with kindness, respect and dignity. At 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, a service will be held at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 602 Kingsway, Vancouver. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
