Elberton - Florence Lee Rucker Jones, of Coldwater Road, died Thursday, March 25, 2004, at her residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at New Beginnings Independent Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Lakitah Morrison Stephens, Greenwood, S.C.; and a sister, Sylvia McIntosh, Elberton. C.W.
