MITCHELL, FLORENCE E., 74, of Louisville, died Saturday. She was a native of Lexington, KY, a retired employee of General Electric's Appliance Park and a member of Asbury Chapel AME Church. Survivors include three sons, Marvin Miller, Michael Mitchell and John Mitchell Jr.; three daughters, Valerie Jackson, Kathy Jackson and Vernita Board; two brothers, Charles E. Miller and Robert J. Miller; three sisters, Emma Garner, Helen Shelby and Nancy Miller; 20 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 1 p.m. Friday at her church, 1801 W. Chestnut St. Burial: Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation: 6-9 p.m. Thursday at G.C. Williams Funeral Home.
