Florence Olivia "Libby" Hutcherson Carter, 55, of 502 Pickens St., died Monday, Feb. 11, 2002. Survivors: Husband, Harold Carter; daughters, Teresa Jolly and Patricia Brown, both of Tampa, Fla., and Charlotte Graves of Joanna; a son, John Carter, of the home; sisters, Elaine DeVoe, Sandra Griffith and Dianne Brown; and nine grandchildren.
