Flora L. Norris, 89, died May 28, 2006, in Bonita Springs. She was born in Brockton, Mass., and lived in Vero Beach since 1980, coming from Estero. Before retirement, she was a supervisor at the Florida State Unemployment Office for 19 years. Survivors include her brother, George F. Bumpus Sr. of Blairsville, Ga. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Norris, in 1980. SERVICES: A memorial will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Beachwood Society, Naples.
