Family-Placed Funeral Notice RUTH E. LEE Of West Palm Beach, FL passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, June 21, 2004 following a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. Born February 14, 1925 in Wisconsin Dells, WI to Cora and Orvile Stomner, she moved here after raising a family in the Boston, MA area. For many years, she worked at the Wally Findlay Galleries of Palm Beach while singing and traveling with the Masterworks Chorus. She volunteered countless hours as an usher at the Kravis Center and as a Sunshine Girl with The Singles Dance Club of the Palm Beaches where her caring and cheerful spirit touched many. She is much loved and deeply missed, especially by her daughters, Deborah Lee and Nancy Lee; by her longtime companion, Patrick Stella; by sisters, Claire Fulmer, Phyllis Angsten, Dorothy Stomner and Beverly Shandor; and by granddaughter, Haylee Pergola. A memorial service to honor her life will be held Thursday, June 24, 2004 at 11 AM at the Tillman Funeral Home, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
