DAVIS Fireman Jowan Rashard, 32. He departed this life on Wednesday, October 17, 2007. Mr. Davis was a Fireman in the City of Passaic, NJ for over six years. He was also a Fire Inspector for Fire Prevention for the Passaic Fire Bureau. He was a member of Community Baptist Church, Englewood, NJ where he was a member of the Choir, Brother Hood and the Singles Ministries. He is the beloved son of Johnny Deas and Bessie Davis; the grandson of James N. Davis Jr. and Lee Etta Johnson; he is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, city of Passaic Fire Department Engine No. 2, other relatives, friends and neighbors. Services: Tuesday, October 23, 2007 11 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church of North Jersey at Garfield, 217-245 Passaic St., Garfield, NJ. Interment: Laurel Grove Cemetery.
