BELANGER, Fernande Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital on November 24, 2009. Beloved wife of Ian Buie. Loving mother of Sandra Hunter (Mike), Diane Hunter and Greg (Deirdra). Cherished grandmother of Summer, Ryan, Jesse, Travis and Jazmine. Dearest sister of Dianne (Francois) and niece of Pauline. She will also be sadly missed by many dear family and friends.
