-> Glennville - Faye P. Anderson, 45, died Tuesday, May 13, 2003 after a battle with cancer. She was a native of Glennville and co-owner of Tattnall Insurance and Realty. As an active member of Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church, she touched many lives with the musical talent God had blessed her with. She assisted in the music ministry as an organist and choir member. Her love, inspiration, and faith will truly be missed. Fayes memory will be cherished and never forgotten by all her loved ones and friends she made along the way. Survivors: husband of 18 years, Royce B. Anderson, Glennville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Alexis Anderson, Renee and Keith Dixon all of Glennville; son and daughter-in-law, Major Ron and Julie Anderson, Las Vegas, NV; her parents, Truett and Irma Purvis of Glennville; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Patsy and Alan Purcell, Linda and Randy Bradley all of Glennville; three grandchildren, Avery, Zachary and Logan; several nieces and nephews, and two special daughters, she considered her own, Jane Joyner and April Pirkle. Visitation: 6:00 p.m. Thursday at Cobb Funeral Home, Glennville Chapel. Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 16, at Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church. Burial: Church Cemetery.
