Fay Elizabeth Hartman, 92, Port Charlotte, and formerly of Punta Gorda, died Nov. 20, 2004, at Tandem Health Care of Port Charlotte. She was born Dec. 3, 1911, in St. Louis and came to the area in 1977. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Port Charlotte. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy R. of Port Charlotte; and a sister, Betty Donnelly of Missouri. No services are planned at this time. Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home in Punta Gorda is in charge. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
