Born on February 12, 1956, Susan was a lifelong resident of West Palm Beach, FL. She is survived by her loving parents William and Jane Hart of West Palm Beach, FL, son Michael McGrath of Miami, FL, brother Bill and his wife Christi of Jupiter, FL, sister Sharon Hart Fanelli and her husband Steve of Ardsley, NY, nephews Bobby and Ryan, niece Emily, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and loved ones. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 13, 2009 at 1:00 PM in her honor at the Charles W. Gerstenberg Hospice Center in West Palm Beach. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Hospice.
