Family-Placed Funeral Notice RUTH NEUFELD TUTTLE At the age of 90, Ruth passed away peacefully August 5, 2005. She is survived by her husband, Charles Tuttle; her daughter, Lisa Neufeld Thomas; her granddaughter, Susan Elizabeth Thomas; and two nieces: Barbara Watkins and Beverly Ramsey. Ruth was born March 27, 1915, in Springfield, OH. A memorial service will be held at St. Andrew's Estates North, 6152 N. Verde Trail on Monday, August 8, at 6:30 pm.
