FRANCES (PECOR) MILLER - ESSEX JUNCTION - Frances (Pecor) Miller, daughter of John and Josephine Pecor, passed away on Aug. 18, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband, Randolph F. Miller on Aug. 10, 1993. She is survived by her son, Wayne Miller, and daughter, Marilyn Relyea, of Essex Junction. She was a grandmother of seven, great-grandmother of 14, and great-great-grandmother of six. Visiting hours will be today, Aug. 20, 2013, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at the Corbin and Palmer Funeral Chapel, 9 Pleasant St., Essex Junction, followed by a graveside service at Lakeview Cemetery, 455 North Ave., Burlington, at 1:30 p.m.
