Mrs. Mary Frances Fain - Cocoa - Mrs. Frances Fain was born in Headland, Alabama on January 28, 1928, she passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2010. She was the oldest of 10 children born to Ben and Ida Ware. Preceding her in death was her late husband, Joseph Fain; and late husband, Johnny Dempsey. She accepted Christ at an early age and held many positions in the local church as well as the District and State Baptist Conventions. Mrs. Fain received degrees from Daniel Payne College, Florida Memorial College, and Central Florida. She retired from the Brevard County School System after serving 23 years. Mrs. Fain leaves behind 5 children, Oliver, Gary, Leo, Donald, Gregory. She also leaves behind 9 siblings, Emma Louise, Foy, Roy, Mary Lizzie, B. Jewell Carter, Jeanette Smith, David Ware, Betty Jean Ware, and Emmanuel Ware. She left her impression on grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. Visitation will be held at the Greater St. Paul Baptist Church, Cocoa, FL on May 24th from 5-7 PM and Memorial Services on May 25th at 1 PM at the church. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Stone Funeral Home.
