ANDERSON, Faye Lampley Age 72 of Nashville. August 13, 2011. She was the 7th of ten children. Retired from SunTrust Bank after 41 years of service. Survived by her husband, Thomas Anderson, with whom she was faithfully married for 53 years; daughter, Lisa Armstrong (Greg) of Murfreesboro; brothers, Harlan and Jerry Lampley, both of White Bluff and Michael Lampley of Columbia, MD, and sister, Aarah Harlan of Russellville, KY. Also survived by two grandchildren, Tyler Dakota and Katlyne Hope Armstrong. Much loved "Aunt Faye" to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews on both sides of her and her husband's families. Faye graduated from White Bluff High School, class of 1956. She was captain of her high school basketball team, all-district basketball guard during her senior year. Preceded in death by parents, Harlan Durwood and Ora Lucille (Hall) Lampley; brothers, Kent and Robert "Bob" Lampley, and sisters, Rena Sullivan, Elizabeth Peay and Brenda Mackins. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her. Funeral today @ 11 a.m., with Bro. Calvin Parker officiating. Burial in Halls Cemetery in Burns. DICKSON FUNERAL HOME, (615) 446-2313.
