F. Jeannette Mitchell "Mee-maw" passed away Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, at ECM Hospital. She was 88 years old.A graveside service be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, at Tri-Cities Memorial Garden, with Billy Ray Warren officiating.She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ.Mrs. Mitchell was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Grady Mitchell; sons, Robert "Bobby" Mitchell and Jimmy Lee Mitchell; grandson, Rob Guylon Mitchell Jr.; parents, George and Lillie Hall; five brothers and three sisters.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Linda Mitchell, Summerville, S.C.; Lee Price, Colombia, Tenn.; grandchildren, Chasta Mitchell, Nashville, Tenn., LaDonna Mitchell, Florence, Ala., Susan Hill, Florence, Ala., Chris Mitchell, Summerville, S.C., and Kevin Mitchell, Nashville, Tenn.; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.A special thanks to Mitchell-Hollingsworth Nursing Home Station 5, especially Teena Williams.Also ECM fifth-floor nurses and staff, and to the EVS team for all you did during our stay.
