Evelyn Ruth Kearns Bills, 76, Cynthiana, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012 at her residence.She was born in Harrison County, Dec. 23, 1935, to the late Clyde and Dovie Shumate Kearns. She was a member of Cynthiana Baptist Church, Red Hat Society and The New Millennium Homemakers Club.She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Bills; a daughter, Linda Bills; and a granddaughter, Jillian Kearns Riley.Survivors include: two daughters, Vickie (Wendell) Drakeford, Georgetown and Kimberly (Marty) Kearns, Cynthiana; five grandchildren, Christy Roberts, Selena Sharp Morris, Drew Sharp, Daniel Kearns and Spencer Kearns; and nine great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 20 at 1 p.m. at Ware Funeral Home by the Rev.
