Evelyn Martha Henry Johnson went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. She was a longtime member of Cedar Fork Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall L. Johnson; her parents, Josie Houser Henry and Robert Henry; and brothers, Richard and Clyde Henry. She is survived by her eight children, JoAnn Thibodeau (Bill), Polson, Mont., Carolyn Troccolo (Chuck), Danbury, Conn., Sandra Louise Matthews (Raymond), Knoxville, Violet Miller (Ronnie) and Chester Johnson, Philadelphia, Bernice Moore (Ken), Lenoir City, Nadine Jackson (Bobby) and Phyllis Johnson, Kingston. She is also survived by brothers, Fred Henry (Eloise), Powell, Clay Henry, Kingston, and Wayne Henry (Gwen); sister, Marie Bettis, Philadelphia; sisters-in-law, Nelle Lane, Knoxville, Virginia Rickett and Ruby Johnson, Seymour; 12 grandchildren, Lee Matthews, Cindy Brown (Randy), Kim McMahan (Scott), Melissa Miller, Ryan Johnson (Holly), Amber Johnson, Lindsay Jackson, Marsha Lawson (Wesley), Rachele Snow (Corey), Rebekah Humphreys (Joe), Jessica Johnson and Katie Johnson; and 11 great-grandchildren, Kayla and Sarah McMahan, Cade and Reece Brown, Brody and Carli Johnson, Brennan and Lincoln Reed, Dalena Wilson, Kendall Lawson and Alice Humphreys.The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 12, in Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 13, in Cedar Fork Baptist Church, with the Rev. Mark Richesin and the Rev. Ted Clower officiating.
