HARPER, EVELYN MAE RICHARDSON, 89, of Louisville, was born February 1, 1920, in Somerset, KY and died Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Baptist Hospital Northeast. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde A. Harper; son, Van Harper; grandson, Michael A. Harper; and granddaughter, Angela Harper. She is survived by her son, Clyde A. "Bud" Harper Jr. (Sharon); daughters, Carol Gatterdam (Doug Toohey) and Janice Cleveland; grandchildren, Bryan Harper, Todd Gatterdam (Andrea), Kelly Barron, Randy Cleveland; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be private. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood. Memorial gifts can be made to Westport Road Animal Care Society.
