December 17, 2003 Evelyn Mae Koons, 76, of LaFayette, NY, passed away on December 17, 2003. Evelyn, better known as "Sis," was a homemaker and beloved wife of 51 years. She is survived by her husband Leon; daughter Darlene Fanning (George); sons Leon (Butch) and Kim, John and Robert; brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
