PRINCE, Mrs. Evelyn Mae (nee Jackson) - 1933-2009 - The family announces with great sorrow her passing at the Bingham Memorial Hospital in Matheson, on Sunday, January 18th, 2009 at the age of 75. Loving mother of Deborah (Claude) Nichols, Dale Levely, Darwin (late Blanche) Levely and Kerry (Liisa) Levely. Cherished grandmother of Cindy (Mike), Katy (Stephane) and Keith (Jessica). Precious great grandmother to Hallie, Micheal, Chazz and Gracie. Dear sister of Calvin (Beryl) Jackson and late Melvin, Herbie, Violet and Ross. Evelyn will be missed by her most recent four legged “babies“, Lady and Rinso. Also left to mourn are many wonderful friends and extended family members, family on the Prince side and their extended families all who were precious to her. To the many people whose lives she touched she was simply the most caring individual many of them had ever met. Evelyn moved to the Prince Farm in Matheson in 1966, and lived there until moving to the busier side of town in 2004. Predeceased by her husband Louis, her parents Annie and John Jackson, her children's father Ronald as well as her grandson Adam. Family will welcome friends at Salon Funéraire Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home, 641 DeTroyes Ave, Iroquois Falls, on Thursday, January 22nd, 2009 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm as well as on Friday, January 23rd, 2009 from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at the St. John's Anglican Church in Matheson. Evelyn's family invites friends to join them in a celebration of her love-filled life on Friday, January 23rd, 2009 at 11:00 am at the St. John's Anglican Church in Matheson with Reverend Margaret Dempster officiating.
