Evelyn M. (Getz) Keyesof EndicottEvelyn M. (Getz) Keyes, age 89, died Saturday morning, August 26, 2006. She was born April 22, 1917 in Scranton, Pa., the daughter of Frederick H. and Ida A. (Wisenbohler) Getz. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles W. Keyes, in 1991. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Carl Beebe, Berkshire, Beverly and Randall Wike, Vestal; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles (Rick) and Rita Keyes, Skaneateles, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren. Evelyn was a member of the Wesley Methodist Church, West Corners.Per Evelyn's wishes, there will be no calling hours and a private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Activity Fund, Ideal Senior Living Center, 600 High Ave., Endicott, N.Y. 13760.
