BURGESS, Evelyn (nee Stethem) Ev passed away peacefully, in her home in Oakville, as she would have wanted, on Wednesday, August 5, 2009, in her eighty-sixth year. Predeceased by her devoted husband Bernard. She will be missed by her four loving children Kathy (Gerry), Brian, Scott and Mary (John) as well as her sister-in-law Marg Stethem. Beloved Nana/BB to her grandchildren David, Geoffrey, Sean, Katie, Jamie, Carly, Jordan, Linsey and pre-deceased by her grandson Andrew. Beloved great-grandmother to Keenan and Tristan. A private family service to be held in Toronto.
