ANDERSON Evangelist Elva Ada (Broxton) Anderson, 85, of Jacksonville, FL, Left for Glory, Wednesday, August 4, 2010. She was born January 12, 1925 in Waycross, Georgia to the late Charlie E. and Frank Broxton. She was the former worship leader of Matthew 25 Full Gospel Church and ministered in the jail and prisons for many years. She was a woman after God's own heart, she wanted nothing more than to please God and shine her light so that others may be saved. Her greatest goals in Life were to please God and see her family saved. She was Gods handiwork in progress now complete! She is preceded in death by her daughter, Carlene Elva and son, Carl Jr. She is survived by her loving and faithful husband of 68 years, Carl A. Anderson, Sr., her children, David (Emily), Arthur (Sherri), Betty (Tommy) Linda (Bob) and Sandra (Dale); daughter in law, Barbara Anderson; 27 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren, Whom she loved with all her heart. She was "Grandma" to many more. Her work on earth is Finished. She's at the feet of Jesus and He's telling her, well done my good and faithful servant. The many seeds she planted on earth will continue to produce for years to come. A celebration of her life will be held today, Friday, August 6, 2010, at 11am at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218 Interment will follow in Pineview Cemetery in Folkston, GA.
