BRANDENBURG -- Eva Lorene King, 79, died Sunday, February 8, 2004, at the residence of her daughter, Ellen, in Louisville. Mrs. King was born December 14, 1924, the daughter of Jodie and Eva Thompson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Austin King; one sister, Mary Jo Treat; and two brothers, Pat and Frank Thompson. She is survived by nine children, Carol King of Denver, CO, Lorna (Dennis) Bonner of Pt. Pleasant, NJ, Wallace (Irene) King of Hodgenville, KY, Ann (Tom) Sanders of Homasassa, FL, Eva King (Robert Darnall) of Murray, KY, George (Kim) King of Louisville, Joe (Teri) King of Brandenburg, James (Elaine) King of Elizabethtown, KY, and Ellen Radowski of Louisville; three brothers, Ronald Thompson of Louisville, James "Tickle" Thompson and Charlie Thompson of Brandenburg; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchil-dren. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, with burial in St. George Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Monday at Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg. Vigil services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday.
