-> Walterboro - Eva Lee Lynn Wilson, 77, died Thursday, October 16, 2003 at Trident Medical Center. Mrs. Wilson was born August 5, 1926 in Collins, GA, and was a daughter of the late Millard Levi Lynn and Lily Maude Riner Lynn. She was the widow of Jerry Frank Wilson. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church, where she was the former church hostess for over 25 years and was a member of the Senior Adults Sunday School Class. Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Walterboro Chapter No. 147, Order of the Eastern Star and was a former member of Community Chapter No. 206, where she held many positions and was the Past Worthy Matron. She was a member of the Past Worthy Matrons and Patrons Club, a member of the Frontier Twirlers, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary No. 93, and the Bells-Ruffin Clemson Extension F.C.L. Club. Surviving are: daughters, Cindi Avant-Owsley and her husband, Jim, Sheila W. Thomas, and Tina W. Thomas and her husband, Nelson all of Walterboro; brother, Odis Calvin Lynn of Savannah, GA; sisters, Lucille Burnham of Trenton, Florida and Betty Jo Burgsteiner of Goose Creek; eight grandchildren, Jerry Allen Thomas and his wife, Erica Lynn Thomas, Brandon Paul Thomas, Stacey Sharee Thomas, Eric Nelson Thomas, Daniel Jason Thomas, Joshua Lee Thomas and Jessica Leigh Avant. Friends may call Saturday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel, 1193 Bells Highway, Walterboro, 843-538-5408. Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2003 in the Pine Grove Baptist Church, with Reverend Ken McCaskill and Doctor Walter Doyle officiating, directed by the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Brice W.
