(Longtime active member of the IODE and Knox Presbyterian Church). Peacefully in hospital on Sunday, May 20, 2001 aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Cmdr. W.J. Kingsmill, RCNVR. Dear mother of Mary C. MacLeod of California, Olga E. Kleinveld (Peter) of Barrie and the late Charles T. Kingsmill (Susan). Loving sister of Doris V. Carter of Rockcliffe Park and brother of Donald L. Carter of Smiths Falls. Dear grandmother of Michael Walter Staples, Susan Ann Garnett, Jennifer Kingsmill, Patricia Pollock (Tim) and great-grandmother of four grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
