She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Evan (Hope) Williams, Harper T. (Wendy) Williams II; daughter, Eula Patterson; 2 grandchildren, Harper T. Williams III and Hannah B. Williams; 4 siblings; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Eula was predeceased by, father, Rev. Ulysses Mincey; mother, Willie Mae Mincey; sisters, Barbara Winston and Shirley Mincey.Homegoing Services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Holy Tabernacle COGIC, 2271 North Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
