Eugenia Elizabeth "Beth" Carter - SAVANNAH - Eugenia Elizabeth "Beth" Carter, 52, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2007 at Hospice Savannah. She was a life long resident of Savannah. She was a member of Bethel Alliance Church, and the ILA Local #1475, Clerks and Checkers Union. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Alecia and James Howard of Bloomingdale, GA; two brothers, Mark Nettles of Bloomingdale, GA and Timothy Nettles of Savannah, GA; two sisters, Pamela "Pam" Lee Hall of Claxton, GA and Cheryl Christine Roberts of Franklin, VA; five grandchildren, Wyatt, Jubal, James, Jr., Alexis, and Zoe. Memorial Services: 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 30, 2007 at the Bethel Alliance Church on Quacco Road with Rev. Michael Owens, officiating.
