Ethel B. Smith, age 92, widow of Otis B. Smith, and formerly of 306 Sims St., died Tuesday, March 16, 2004, at National Healthcare of Clinton.Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late John and Mollie Rodgers Ballew.Mrs. Smith was retired from Greenwood Mills, Joanna Plant, and was a member of Believer's Assembly of God Church.Surviving are her daughter, Ann Martin, of Joanna; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today, March 17, 2004, at Gray Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.-- Gray Funeral Home of Clinton.
