June 10, 2004 Ethel I. Williams, 98, of Bridgeport, passed away Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Herkimer on July 6, 1906, she graduated from Central High School in Syracuse in 1923. She pursued the restaurant business and was manager at Schraffts Restaurant in Syracuse. She later managed Martin's Chicken on the Rough in Cicero. Ethel lived with and was the beloved aunt of the Ebin Bush Sr. family in Bridgeport. In her later years, she lived with her niece, Jane Love, and enjoyed winters in Florida. Survivors: nieces, Jane Love, Lois Case, Nancy Budzilek, Constance Henderson, Monica Ebert, Dorothy Bragger, and Jeanette Bush; several great-nieces and nephews; several great-great-nieces and nephews. Funeral Services: 10 a.m. Sunday at Russell H. Schepp & Son Funeral Home. Burial, White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. A calling hour will be held Sunday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home, 109 East Ave., Minoa.
