HARRINGTON, Ethel September 7, 1918 August 25, 2011 The passing of Ethel Harrington, formerly of Outlook and the Ardath District, occurred on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at the Diamond Lodge in Biggar, SK, at the age of 92 years. Ethel is survived by her family: Judith (David) Barnes of Saskatoon, John (Irene) Harrington of Martensville, and Joseph (Karen) Harrington of Lethbridge, AB; seven grandchildren, Teresa Barnes, Sheri (Tyler) Baker, Christeena (Wayne) Lightburn, Susan (Chris) Opheim, Bobby Harrington, Lindsay Harrington, and Jennifer Harrington; seven great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Amy Bell of Edmonton; one brother-in-law, Joe Bryant of Ottawa; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Harrington; son, Jay Harrington; one brother, Alvin (Brenda) Clark; two sisters, Vera (Cliff) Silverthorn and Leila (Tom) Conquergood; and by her parents, Ira and Sadie Clark. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrew's United Church in Outlook, SK with Rev. Cindy Gossling officiating. Interment will take place in the St. Ambrose Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to The Diabetes Association or St. Ambrose Cemetery Fund.
