Ethel Cooper, 93, passed away March 24, 2010 at Rosemond Living Center.Born in Oconee County Ms. Cooper was a member of Rider Mountain Fire Baptist Holiness Church.Survivors include sons, Gary Cooper and wife Judie of Sunset, NC, and Dean Cooper and wife Mary of Simpsonville, SC, daughter Lois Cooper Jennings and husband Jasper of Pickens, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.Husband Rev. Garnett Clifton Cooper, five brothers and two sisters precede her in death.Funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, March 26 at the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel in Westminster. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Walhalla.The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Sandifer Funeral Home. The family will be at the home of daughter, Lois Jennings 122 Mountain View Drive in Pickens. Flowers are accepted or a donation may be made to Hallmark Hospice.
