MOFFATT, Ethel Barbara (nee Rowan) Passed away peacefully at Carlingview Manor on Saturday, August 12, 2006 in her 103rd year. Beloved wife of the late Ted Moffatt. Mother of Joan Whitehall and Barry (Marilyn) Moffatt. Loved Grandmother of Kathy McNabb, Nancy Wisda, Rob, Jeff and Steve Moffatt, Mark, Greg and Meghan Whitehall. Great-grandmother of twelve.
