ESTHER B.JOHNSON, 97Methodist Minister LAKELAND - Mrs. Esther B. Johnson, age 97, died of natural causes November 5, 2007. Born in Pittsburgh, PA., in 1910, she graduated from King College Seminary and held a PhD. She was a Methodist minister and also a real estate agent. She was married to the late James Arner and Zachary Johnson. She moved to Florida in the mid 1990s. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her brothers Edward, Paul, Harry and John Blews; sisters, Mary McDonald and Ruth Beal. She is survived by sister Bernice Wallace of Emporium, PA.; several nieces and nephews, and her dear friends. Visitation will be from 9-10am Friday at The Living Hope Community Church, 311 Granada St., Lakeland, followed by a service at the church. Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Auburndale.
