PETERS Ernest January 27, 1926 - May 27, 2009 Professor Emeritus, UBC, passed peacefully into the presence of The Lord on May 27, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Gwynn (Walker), his daughters Charlotte Peters Garcia (Benche), Elizabeth Peters Becker (Bradley) and his 7 grandchildren, Tim, Kelsey, Philip, Martin, Bailey, Patrick and Spencer. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, his humble spirit and his deep faith. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life, will be held at Granville Chapel, 5901 Granville Street on May 30 at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Parkinsons Society or a Charity of your choice would be appreciated.
